A non refundable and non-transferable deposit is required in order to book any procedure/service (the amounts are listed beside each service). Deposits must be made within 24-48 hours of making appointment. Once you have made your appointment we will reach out to you within that window of time to set up arrangements on how to collect the deposit. Cancelation and rescheduling of appointment will result in a forfeit of your deposit. This may only be done by contacting us directly.
Rescheduling | Cancellations
All PMU Procedures: Canceling or rescheduling your appointment for a second time you may be required to pay in full for your procedure before your appointment. If you no call/ no show to an appointment and forfeit your deposit yet still want to make another appointment service must be paid in full upon scheduling.
Initial Touch Ups: Must occur between 4-6 weeks. Failing to follow this policy will not only result in forfeit of your deposit but will push your touch out 12 weeks or more making it more costly. Remember your initial touch up is crucial to your over all results!
Lash Services: If you reschedule/cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable and will be forfeited. Multiple rescheduling will result in requirement to pay for service in full before your appointment.
All payments are due in full the day of procedure/service. We accept cash, major debit/credit cards (with a 3.9% transaction fee due to third party charges), Venmo, and Cash App. We do not offer payment plans.
Successful results for PMU services are not guaranteed and additional sessions (aside from your initial touch up), at an additional cost, may be required to obtain your desired results. The final results will vary from person to person due to the fact that we all heal differently. In some cases using a pencil or powder may still be needed to obtain your desired look. Lash care is essential to your over all look and retention of extensions. All services are non-refundable.
If you are running late please call us we will do our best to accommodate you. But after 15 minutes we cannot guarantee that we will be able to take you. If we must cancel/reschedule your appointment due to being late, your deposit is non-refundable.
All Procedures: All no call/no shows will forfeit their deposit (with a 15 minute grace period). If you choose to schedule another appointment you will be charged your service in full upon booking your appointment. If a no show/no call occurs during this appointment we will refuse the right to provide service.
Initial Touch Up: If you no call/no show your to appointment you will forfeit your deposit and be pushed back to a 12 week touch up at minimum changing the price.

Previously Done Micropigmentation
If you have had micropigmentation done elsewhere and are seeking a correction or a touch up, you MUST CONTACT Pretty Ink directly in order to book your appointment. Sometimes previous work cannot be covered or corrected without removal treatments first, therefore it is crucial that you consult with us before hand so we can determine if we can offer you the optimal treatment you deserve. If you book and show up to an appointment without disscussing your previous tattoo, we may not be able to treat you and you will forfeit your deposit.
Pricing for services may change with certain promotional offers or advertisements. Thus your total will be defined as the advertised promotional price at the time your appointment is booked and deposit has been made. For these promotions there will be a booking cut off date stated in the advertisement itself. Promotional pricing does not apply to corrections.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Remember in order to keep a business running we must pay for materials and take into account the current market. The manufacturers to these materials can raise their prices at any moment. There are always newer and better products hitting the market which may also be more costly (but we want the best for our clients). Thus any of these common factors and well as many more may force us to change our prices at any given time.
